"48-Hour Shipping Guarantee" means we will finish processing your order within 48 hours or even faster after you've submitted your order online or through the phone. If you give us your email, we can send you the shipping confirmation right away. If you don't receive any kind of shipping confirmation from us after 48 hours of your purchase, then you will be rewarded with a free gift. However, orders submitted on Friday will not be shipped out until Monday, but you will still receive shipping confirmation from us on either Saturday or Sunday. We do this 48-Hour Shipping Guarantee because we truly believe in fast shipping and it is one of our ways to show how much we appreciate and care about your business. What is the difference between Black and Blue finishes? There's no difference. They all have a black oxide finish. The steel is blued in the same process that is used for guns. They all have a "gun metal black" appearance. Are these REAL police handcuffs? Yes, these are REAL handcuffs and not toys. There is no "Police Handcuff", but there are handcuffs that are used by police. Try one of ours and you'll realize that there's no difference. Do all handcuffs use the same key? Most standard handcuffs use the same type of key. In our case, all our double lock handcuffs, leg irons and thumbcuffs use the same type of key. Using the same key allows for easier transport of prisoners and keeps you out of trouble if you lose the keys. However, for our single lock handcuffs, they require different type of keys, which you can buy in our Accessories Section. How do Double Locks work? A lockspring is engaged, usually using the top of the key, that prevents the cuff from ratcheting tighter. It is recommended that you carry them in single lock so that they are ready for immediate use. Always double lock handcuffs to prevent the subject from tightening them, possibly causing injury, and to make picking the locks more difficult. How quick do we ship and what are the methods? Any item that is in stock is generally shipped within 24 hours. We ship all orders through Fedex Ground or USPS. For additional cost, we can expedite shipping through Fedex 2-day or Fedex Overnight. You will be contacted with shipping quotes on all expedited orders. Return Policy ! # All returns require an RMA number. Failure to obtain an RMA number will result in a 30% restocking fee. # RMA numbers can be obtained by calling 800-570-8239 M-F 8am-5PM EST. # Any returns after 14 days shall be assessed a 20% restocking fee. # No returns will be accepted after 30 days regardless of the reason. # Shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstance.
